Beach Hair Salon Cancellation Policy

We value your time and kindly ask for the same consideration. Please review our updated cancellation policy:

• Cancellation Window: Clients have up to three (3) days prior to their scheduled appointment to cancel without penalty.
• How to Cancel:
  
  1. If the salon is closed, you may leave a detailed voicemail with the date of your scheduled service and the time of your call. This ensures we have a record of your request.
  2. Alternatively, you can log in to your profile on our booking system at www.beachhairsalon.com and cancel your appointment online.

• No-Show Policy: If you fail to cancel within the required timeframe or do not show up for your appointment, Beach Hair Salon reserves the right to charge the card on file:
  
  • 100% of the total service cost
  • Plus a 20% gratuity for the stylist.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling a missed appointment is at the stylist’s discretion and must occur within seven (7) days of the original appointment date, subject to availability.
